✅ The product must be unused and in original condition unless it arrived damaged
✅ Refunds are issued only for parcels not received, damaged items or wrong items that cannot be exchanged
✅ Used beauty tools, including derma rollers, are not returnable for hygiene and safety reasons

All return and refund decisions are made after verification.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours.
Delivery usually takes 2 to 7 working days depending on the location.
Delays due to courier operations, weather, or regional issues are beyond our control.

If a parcel is not received within the promised timeframe, customers are eligible for a refund after confirmation.
