Exchange & Return Policy

At Essenful, we want you to shop with confidence. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or not as described, we offer a simple and fair exchange or return process.

1. Eligibility for Exchange or Return

You can request an exchange or return if:

✅ The product arrives damaged or broken
✅ The wrong item is delivered
✅ The product is not as described on the website
✅ The product is missing parts or accessories

We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind or dislike of color/design once the product has been opened and used.

2. Request Window

You must request an exchange or return within 7 days of receiving your order.

3. Requirements for Approval

To approve your request, we require:

✅ Your order number
✅ Clear photos or videos showing the issue
✅ The product must be unused and in original condition (unless it arrived damaged)

4. Exchange Process

If approved:

✅ We arrange an exchange for the same item.
✅ The defective item will be collected by the courier (if required).
✅ A replacement will be shipped once verification is done.

5. Return & Refund Process

Refunds are only given in cases of:

✅ No parcel received within the promised time
✅ Damaged or non-functional products
✅ Wrong item delivered that cannot be exchanged

Refund will be processed through:

  1. Bank transfer
  2. Easypaisa
  3. JazzCash

Refunds are issued after verification of the returned item.

6. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned once opened:

  1. Derma rollers
  2. Beauty tools used on skin
  3. Personal care items

7. Order Cancellation

You may cancel the order before it is shipped.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
